Hollowhill Grove

Residential District
For those citizens of Hollowhill sane enough to want permanent homes, this is where they are found. This part of the city is largely made up of apartment buildings, shelters and even some hotels, shoddy as they are.

Shopping District
The largest area of the city, this area is most usually the center of Hollowhill's daily affairs. Besides the many buildings that line the streets here, mostly small and dingy affairs, there is an enormous outdoor bazaar-like area at the center where people set up stands and booths, selling their wares to whoever will buy.

Midtown Bazaar
Downtown
This is the busiest area of the city after the Shopping Center and Midtown Bazaar, which contains the few government-run buildings to be found in Hollowhill. Of particular note are the City Hall, Library, and Police Department Headquarters.

The Commons
If it can be said that Hollowhill has an entertainment district, this is where it is to be found. There are a few odd places of interest in this area of the city, including a movie theater, a larger arcade, and a few small bars and clubs which line the streets, neon signs flashing in bright, vivid colors. The highlight of this part of the city is the "premiere club" by the name of "Sinner's Garden."

Sinner's Garden
The Grove
Lovingly, or perhaps very sarcastically named so by the denizens of the city, The Grove is a large park-like area found near the Commons. Essentially, it is an area of the city where part of the forest outside the walls still stands, filled with large trees and brush, even a man-made lake found at the center. Though it's open to the public, this area is largely popular with the zoanthrope population, who spend much of their time here. Though not particularly dangerous during the day, this park is a favorite spot for the seedier goings on within the city at night.

City Border

The Wall
This is the enormous concrete wall constructed around the city for the purpose of keeping its denizens in. There are gates for entrance to and exit from the city in each major direction. Despite the restrictions on entrance into the city being largely relaxed, leaving is not so simple. The wall and its gates are still fairly heavily guarded, and quite closely watched for anyone trying to escape.

Forest Clearings
Though the gates are heavily guarded, there are several weak points to be found in the wall that surrounds Hollowhill. Over the past year and a half several supernaturals have found these weak points and made ways through them, emerging into the dense forest which surrounds the city on all sides. Though they can not venture very far for fear of being discovered by the patrols, there are several small clearings to be found just outside the wall which act as a meeting spot for many supernaturals, especially lycanthropes.
