Hollowhill Library
This is the city's library, housed in a large, two story building near the City Hall. Though large and quite popular with some of the city's denizens, the library itself is peculiar. There are many books, but also entire sections completely bereft of any material what-so-ever. This is due to the banning of the any materials concerned with or describing the occult, leaving much of the building empty.

Hollowhill Grove Police Department HQ
This is the headquarters for HGPD, the police force for the city. Though in truth, the loyalty of the policemen and women found here is often found to be in question by the denizens of the city. While there are some who are there to protect the citizens, there are just as many there for their own seedy purposes.

City Hall
What government Hollowhill Grove has is to be found here. Despite the fact that much of the city is open season for all kinds of unusual and seedy activities, politics go on inside this building unimpeded. Here can be found the "mayor" of the city; in truth a Washington official with his own agenda and purposes, as well as the city's courthouse.

This is the busiest area of the city after the Shopping Center and Midtown Bazaar, which contains the few government-run buildings to be found in Hollowhill. Of particular note are the City Hall, Library, and Police Department Headquarters.
